Responsible For
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets for large-scale EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation), civil, and SMPP (Structural, Mechanical, Piping, and Platework) projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. Coordinate activities among project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Identify and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently to optimize project performance and minimize bottlenecks.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties, escalate as necessary, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, generate regular reports, and communicate achievements, challenges, and deviations to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or resources, ensuring thorough documentation and communication.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality control measures and processes.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and incorporate feedback into future project planning.

Job Nature
Educational Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) OR Extensive experience in large-scale project planning involving EC&I, civil, and SMPP work.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner on major industrial, mining, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
